"Refund took a little longer than I expected"
Canceling was easy, so that part was fine. The refund did come through, but it took a bit longer than I thought it would. Not a huge issue, just kind of a longer wait than I expected.

"Pretty easy from what I remember"
I bought my tickets on growtix.com, and from what I remember it was a smooth process. Checkout was quick, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I don’t recall running into any problems getting the tickets, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

"GrowTix did the job for ticketing..."
GrowTix did the job for ticketing, and I didn’t have any major issues using it. The one thing that bugged me was the fees, they weren’t as clear as I think they should’ve been before getting everything set up. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for pricing to be laid out plainly so people know what they’re agreeing to. Overall, not a bad experience, just something that could be handled more transparently...

"Quick support when I needed it"
I had a small issue with my tickets and reached out to support, and they got back to me sooner than I expected. It took one follow-up, but they fixed it without making it a hassle, which saved me time and let me move on with my day.

"Solid and easier than a lot of event tools"
I’ve been using GrowTix for our event stuff, and it’s been reliable. Compared to some other ticketing platforms I’ve dealt with, this one doesn’t feel like you need a whole manual just to get around. Pages load smoothly, managing tickets is straightforward, and I haven’t really run into any major problems. For what we need, it does the job without getting in the way.
